Tennessee Baseball: A History of Success

Year-by-Year Leaders, Regional and National Honors

The University of Tennessee’s baseball program has a long and storied history. The Volunteers have won 16 Southeastern Conference (SEC) championships, more than any other school in the conference. They have also appeared in the College World Series 16 times, tied for the fifth-most appearances all-time. And they have been ranked in the top 25 nationally for 30 consecutive seasons.

In recent years, the Volunteers have been one of the most successful teams in the country. They won the SEC championship in 2014 and 2015, and they reached the College World Series in 2016.

The Volunteers are led by a talented group of players, including All-Americans Trey Lipscomb, Nick Senzel, and Zach Warren. The team is also coached by Tony Vitello, who is one of the most respected coaches in the country.

With their talented roster and experienced coach, the Volunteers are poised to make another run at the College World Series in 2017.
